Day 1: Arrival in Arusha

Day 2: Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, which is located about two hours from Arusha. You will go on a game drive in the park and have lunch at a picnic site before continuing your exploration of the park in the afternoon. Afterward, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
On the third day of your 8-day Tanzania safari tour, you will head to Lake Manyara National Park, which is located about an hour from Tarangire. This park is known for its tree-climbing lions, flamingos, and large herds of elephants. You will have a game drive in the park and enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing to explore the park in the afternoon. Afterward, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4: Serengeti National Park
On day 4, you will head to the world-famous Serengeti National Park, which is located about 4 hours from Lake Manyara. Serengeti is known for its vast plains, wildebeest migration, and big cats such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards. You will have a game drive in the park and have lunch at a picnic site before continuing your exploration of the park in the afternoon. Afterward, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
On the fifth day of your 8-day Tanzania safari tour, you will spend the entire day exploring the Serengeti National Park. You will have the opportunity to see a wide range of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and many more. You will have lunch at a picnic site and continue your game drive in the afternoon before heading back to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6: Lake Eyasi
On day 6, you will leave the Serengeti and head to Lake Eyasi, which is located about 3 hours away. Lake Eyasi is home to the Hadzabe and Datoga tribes, and you will have the opportunity to visit these tribes and learn about their traditional way of life. You will also go on a game drive in the area to see the local wildlife and birds. Afterward, you will head to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
On the seventh day of your 8-day Tanzania safari tour package, you'll head to the stunning Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most unique places in the world. The crater is the largest unbroken volcanic caldera in the world and is often referred to as the "Garden of Eden" due to its incredible biodiversity.
Once you arrive, you'll descend into the crater for an unforgettable game drive. The crater is home to over 25,000 large animals, including lions, elephants, buffalo, and black rhinos. You may also spot cheetahs, hyenas, and even rare wild dogs. The crater is also home to over 500 species of birds, making it a birdwatcher's paradise.
You'll have a picnic lunch at one of the designated picnic sites in the crater before continuing your game drive. In the late afternoon, you'll ascend out of the crater and return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Departure
On the final day of your 8-day Tanzania safari tour, you'll enjoy breakfast at your lodge before checking out and departing for Arusha. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to stop at local markets and souvenir shops to pick up some last-minute gifts or mementos of your trip.
